StockPulse is a professional-grade stock terminal that runs entirely in your browser. No signup. No login. Zero barriers between you and the markets.
How It Works
Step 1.Browse Markets
The home page shows all tracked stocks with live prices from Finnhub. Filter by exchange using the tabs (NASDAQ / NYSE). Click any stock row to see its detail page with a full candlestick chart.
Step 2.Build Your Watchlist
Click the star icon on any stock to add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist is stored in your browser's localStorage - it persists across sessions and never leaves your device. Access it from the sidebar or bottom nav.
Step 3.Analyze with Charts
Each stock detail page features an interactive candlestick chart powered by Lightweight Charts v5. Toggle between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes. The chart includes volume bars and responds to zoom, pan, and pinch gestures.
Step 4.Track Your Portfolio
Record buy and sell transactions for any tracked stock. The portfolio page calculates your total value, cost basis, and P&L in real-time using live market prices. All data stays in your browser.

FAQ
Where does the data come from?
Stock quotes come from Finnhub.io (free tier, 60 API calls per minute). Market indices use ETF proxies (SPY, DIA, QQQ) through Finnhub. See our Data Sources page for details.
How often does data refresh?
Stock quotes refresh every 60 seconds. Market indices refresh every 5 minutes. Chart data is cached for 5 minutes to conserve API calls.
Is my data private?
All personal data (watchlists, portfolio, preferences) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Use Privacy Mode to blur sensitive values on screen.
Do I need an account?
No. StockPulse follows a zero-auth philosophy. There is no signup, no login, and no server-side user data. Just open the app and start tracking.
